Dear Residents,

As the number of coronavirus (COVID-19) cases continue to grow throughout the country, we must take precautionary measures to avoid further spreading. The Hynes Group is very concerned, and we take your safety very seriously.

With this in mind, we take this opportunity to announce our decision to suspend further activities or events that are typically held at the Golf Course, Pro Shop, Events Center, and Rec Hall. Other amenities and common areas are also being affected and will be closed for 30 days.  Our goal is to limit human contact to the extent possible and yet allow for the park’s operations to continue.  For this reason, our offices will continue to be opened, but activities and events that were planned are being suspended.

As we receive further information in the coming weeks, we will inform residents when the clubhouse functions can be reestablished.  We encourage residents to use good judgement when leaving their home and to follow the CDC’s steps to prevent being exposed to this virus. It is recommended that you check their website for the most up-to-date information available at https://www.cdc.gov/

As mentioned, our offices are opened and park operations will continue; however, with safety in mind we strongly encourage residents to contact our staff by phone or email primarily. Please be aware that should you have been in international travel to refrain from visiting our offices (this includes crossing into Mexico or Canada). To drop off payments, please feel free to use the rent drop off boxes as they are checked daily.

In conclusion, this is a rapidly evolving situation that we will continue to monitor.  At this time, we thank you for your understanding and support as we work through these uncertain times and adjust our daily routines.
